Digital and Clear Stamps Terms of Use

All digital and clear stamps are original artwork created by Patricia Alvarez and all rights are reserved. After you purchase or get for free any designs, the copyright continues to belong to Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez. All digital papers were created by Patricia Alvarez using own designs or license designs, and these terms of use will apply to them too.

Kinda Cute products are for personal use. They are NOT for commercial reproduction.
Patricia Alvarez owns the copyright of all the clear stamps, digital stamps, papers and illustrations that are on the website. They cannot be mass produced, in any form of use in commercial graphic designs or personal graphics. A purchaser cannot share files.
This digital product (the image by itself, not a physical project made with the image) may not be given away or sold in any form, digital or printed sheets. This includes gifts to family and friends, swaps, etc. There are gift certificates available to purchase in my store. The image can be printed, colored by hand and incorporated in a project to follow the angel policy stated below. To keep pace with times, you can color my images digitally for personal use.
I would appreciate it if you could credit me with a clickable link wherever a design with my images is posted online.
It is forbidden to turn this design into rubber stamps or design for embroidery.
You can not use my products as a part of logos, banners, avatars, digital products or use it for print on demand in websites such as Zazzle or Cafepress.

ANGEL POLICY

You may use my products to make HANDMADE projects for yourself or to give away to your family and friends, but the images must be colored by hand. If you color any of my images digitally, they can't be used commercially, but they can be used for personal use for yourself or to give away.

You may use my digital papers, digital and clear stamps to sell HANDMADE projects that can be in form of cards, scrapbook project etc, in person or online, under the following conditions:

You must give credit to Patricia Alvarez whenever is possible stating “Artwork by Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez” on each item made for sale. This is a must for online selling.
Each image used in an item for sale must be individually printed or stamped and hand colored, regarding stamps.
Finished items are to be made individually and not in mass production.

LIMITATIONS

You must not claim the images as yours. All copyrights remain to Patricia Alvarez and Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez. The purchase doesn’t transfer the copyright owner of the images.
You must not sell any Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez digital products (not sets, templates, CD collections, etc).
No mechanical, electronic, or photocopying alteration, including mass production are allowed. You are only allowed to resize the image.
Making projects where the images have been colored digitally and printed afterwards, is NOT allowed for commercial purposes. Coloring the image by hand, scanning it and printing it with or without intention to sell is not allowed either. This includes any image pre-colored by me and purchased.
You must not pin or post this image on the internet without my watermark. If you color the image to post it online, I suggest using your own watermark on top of the image, to prevent someone stealing my image and your coloring.
Selling single colored items is not allowed.
You can not use this product as a part of logos, banners, avatars, digital products or use it for print on demand in websites such as Zazzle or Cafepress.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on items once they are delivered electronically. If you have a problem with the file, contact me and I will try to help you solve it. For physical items, review the terms in Shipping and Returns.

Printable Stationery Terms of Use

Under no circumstances may you share, copy, sell or redistribute my files with any 3rd party. You may not sell the printed copies of this file.
